Survey Results on Music Video

I created an online survey where I was able to get feedback from my target audience by sending it to people through social networking sites. This allowed me to get a wide variety of feedback from different people and get different understandings and improvements for my video. 

Improvements that I have decided to make

Blog: 
- More video posts
- Make sure all posts created are in a chronological order 
- Make an animatic storyboard to make up the storyboard sketches 
- Film raw footage to show where abouts I filmed 
- Production diarys - name them to what they are talking about
- Before and after screenshots 

Digipak: 
- Maybe the first double pages aren't necessary as they don't promote the album to the audience 

Magazine Adverts:
- Album reviews needs to be linked to the correct genre - top of the pops is more appropriate than Q

Music Video: 
- First dance routine needs to be broken down even more, so the clips are more fast pace and fit to the beat of the song
- Remove any traditions which are in the dance routine

Once I had completed my draft copy of both my magazine advert and digipak I got feedback from my target audience who also where media students, therefore the feedback received was appropriate as they knew what they were talking about as they also had the knowledge. 

Digi Pack #1

I have created a draft copy of my digipak. I believe there are many improvements that can be made with these pages. I have stuck with the colour scheme pink throughout and the consistency of lines/crosses.

I have created a video for the behind the scenes of my music video. This was filmed by Paulo da Silva as in the video you can see that I was shooting my music video. 

Music Video Draft #3

I have created another draft video of my music video where I finished the video with appropriate clips. I aim to colour correct and make more improvements after receiving more feedback. 

Production Diary: Vimeo account and behind the scenes

I have been working on my music video for the past couple weeks and completed it. I created an account on Vimeo where I then uploaded the video in order to have a better quality image after exporting it on premier. I showed a number of friends and family my video and they all have me positive feedback. They liked that I included a narrative and a performance as this made the video much more interesting to watch as it wasn't boring due to having lots of things going on at the same time. This is because for the dance performance I have chopped up many clips two very small clips and put them together. 

I have also created a video for behind the scenes which highlights me filming my shoot. Also I finished my digi pack which also follows a pink colour scheme.
