Location Ideas

These are possible locations which I might use as my outdoor location for when my artist is going out with her friends to go to a party.

Risk Assessment

I have highlighted all the potential risks when shooting my music video and ways to avoid them. This is an advantage for before filming as this has allowed me think about my artists and making sure they do not risk anything. 

Personnel Details

I have listed all the job roles needed when shooting my music video, as only one person doing everything will be very time consuming and things wont run smoothly. I have also given a discription for each job role and who is doing what to make it clear to them before shooting. 

Location Contract

 

I needed to get a location contract with the school before I filmed in the studio.

Equipment List

I have listed all the equipment that I will be needing to shoot my music video. This is also like a check list for when I do shoot my music video as this will avoid me forgetting any equipment which may delay my filming time. 

Call Sheet

By completing this document, I have arranged with my artists for the days to shoot my music video and the locations.

Production Diary: Rough Edits

Over the past few days I completed a number of documents, release form, contact sheets, rough edit, proposal, call sheet, equipment list, location contract, personnel details, risk assessment. I have completed these tasks over the half term, before shooting my music video. I also created a rough edit of my magazine advert using Photoshop at home as this was the only way of creating it as I do not have access to Indesign at home.

I also got my equipment list so that I wouldnt forget anything for my shooting as this would make me fall behind as I wouldnt have anything to shoot with and I would have to reschedule for another day and it is quite difficult to meet up with my artists as they go to a different school and they do extra lessons after school which is difficult to meet up at a certain time to film.
