Production Diary: Vimeo account and behind the scenes

I have been working on my music video for the past couple weeks and completed it. I created an account on Vimeo where I then uploaded the video in order to have a better quality image after exporting it on premier. I showed a number of friends and family my video and they all have me positive feedback. They liked that I included a narrative and a performance as this made the video much more interesting to watch as it wasn't boring due to having lots of things going on at the same time. This is because for the dance performance I have chopped up many clips two very small clips and put them together. 

I have also created a video for behind the scenes which highlights me filming my shoot. Also I finished my digi pack which also follows a pink colour scheme.

I have continued working on my music video and I am in the process of completing the whole video. I have found creating this music video quite challenging as I have many clips and kept getting confused on which clips to use and if I had already used it or not. I should have the video completed in the next few days.

As I have finished all the shooting for my music video, I have began to put together my music video using Premier. As I have had a lot of practice using this software it wasn't too hard to put together the first minute of the video, what was more time consuming was going through each clip I had and deleting the clips that I wouldn't use. 

Production Diary: Digipak Inspirations

I have been working on my digi pack and using other digi packs as inspirations. I have been using pixie lotts albums as my main inspiration. I have been using lines as my main theme through out the digi pack. This is what makes the digi pack interesting as there is a constant theme.

I have created the first 3 pages of my digi pack, I plan to do 6 pages which will also consist of a fans message. I will write this, as many fans of a artist have names I will call pixie lotts fans 'little pixies', I think this works well with the name and by having the name also meets the conventions of a pop genre

Production Diary: Existing Digipaks

I began looking at pixie lotts cd albums which I thought met all the successful pop albums. I would like to implement this album to my digi pack. I also will have a pink colour scheme going thought my products. 

I got feedback for my magazine adverts and it was to change the colours to a more bright girly colour such as pink as this would make the products more of a pop genre rather than an R&B genre. I then changed my magazine adverts and uploaded them.

I have completed my magazine advert, I have changed the colour scheme as my feedback was that my original magazine advert looked too R&B and not a Pop genre. I aim to get more feedback from my target audience in order to improve my magazine advert even more.
